ROAST WITH FIRE
With my lost compass finally found, albeit with partial physical blindness, the true journey I was called to embark on must begin! My interaction with the sun had evoked a new state of consciousness. The configuration of the constituent parts of my being had shifted. My rational thought had been torn apart and reassembled.
I came to the realisation that I had been living in an animated world grounded by delusion and I had to detach myself. My newly conceived senses awakened an awareness of the magnitude of my ignorance.
Was I just insane? Had the blazing sun roasted my brain? Had my head gone through shock or hyper-stimulation? The latter being caused by external stimuli in your environment when your senses take in more information than your brain can process which can be overwhelming and exhausting.
Was my brain simply overwhelmed? Did my brain need some healing? Should I be prescribed a lot of sleep and maybe some medication to restore my impaired cognitive function?
Contrary to popular belief, I begged to differ. My whole being was roasted with fire (not just my brain). I had gone through a purification process manifested by the blaze of sunlight burning out the very root of my delusion – the impulses, desires and hostility of my ego dictated by culture as old as humanity itself and now intertwined in each trillionth cell in my body.
Readjusting my impulses could not achieve the desired result. Rather, the unfathomable experience with the sun’s blazing light was precisely what my mind and soul needed to extinguish each one of those toxic substances that had led to my delusion.
The result of my purification was the birth of my 6th and 7th senses (Mental Perception and Spiritual Understanding) which, with nurturing over time, will become even more vital than my physical senses.
Just like the Seven-Pointed Star (the Heptagram), my Mental Perception and Spiritual Understanding will become my connection between parallel universes, my natural flow and circuit of energy with the resulting apotheosis, PEACE.
I had begun a journey of discovery that surpassed the delusion of my formerly self-assertive, self-defensive and self-concerned ego. I was on the right path to finding my truth that transcends thought, on which my experience of perception, emotion, memory, speech, knowledge, will and action rode.
I was consciously stepping into a painless life allowing my mind to identify and repair its unconscious beliefs and eventually rest in its true state of harmony with nature.
For everyone will be seasoned with fire, and every sacrifice will be seasoned with salt.
